8/27/25
First day of the trip! We recommend flying in the night before to take advantage of this full first day. If you need an additional night of accommodations, please let us know. We’ll have breakfast at the hotel, train at Bali Body Factory, then hang out at Bali Body Factory pool all day.

8/28/25
We’ll have breakfast at the hotel, box and train at Soma fight club, go to Tickled Pink for a relaxing pool day, and then have a group dinner at Muna.

8/29/25
We’ll have breakfast at the hotel, weight train at Bali Body Factory, hit Atlas Beach Club for the afternoon (the largest beach club in the world!), and head to Desa Kitsune at night for live music.

8/30/25
We’ll start the day with breakfast at the hotel, box at Soma fight club, and then enjoy a relaxing afternoon at Alternative Beach club.

8/31/25
We’ll start the day with breakfast at the hotel and lift weights at Bali Body Factory. Trip participants then have the afternoon off to shop, see local sights, or relax at the resort.

9/1/25
We’ll enjoy one last breakfast at our hotel and then train at Soma fight club. We’ll spend the afternoon at a goodbye party at Finn’s (Jill’s favorite beach club!).
