FAQ
-
When should I fly into Bali?
The first official day of activities is 8/27/25, so we recommend flying in the night before or before noon on the 27th! If you need an extra night of accommodations, please let us know.
-
What do I need to enter Indonesia?
You need your passport, proof of return flight ticket, and a Visa On Arrival (VOA). A VOA can be purchased at the airport or here: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id
-
What is the climate like in August/September?
The climate is lovely (in Jill’s opinion!). The weather is warm and generally rain-free. Expect daytime temperatures to be in the 80s and nighttime temperatures to be in the 70s. The sun is very strong, so pack sunscreen and stay hydrated!
-
What is included? What additional things do I have to pay for?
Accommodations, daily resort breakfast, daily fitness training, music at Desa Kitsune, and daily beach/pool club access are all included. Flights, VOA, incidentals (water, snacks, dinner on your own), and GoJek (Bali’s version of Uber) are not included.
-
What should I pack?
In a nutshell: fitness clothes, bathing suits, and relaxation clothes! Bali is very casual when it comes to fashion. If you need boxing gloves, please let Jill know. We also highly recommend bringing or buying sunscreen, bug spray (Jill has never had an issue with mosquitos in Canggu, but just in case!), and a water bottle.

What do I do for transportation?
In Canggu, it’s easiest and most popular to get around via GoJek - the Indonesian version of Uber. We recommend calling a moped instead of a car to get around. Traffic in Canggu is thick after 10AM, so taking a moped allows for less congested transportation. We recommend the trip to/from the airport being the only car trips. If you need transportation arranged to/from the airport, please let Jill know!
